I've forgotten my password, how can I reset it?

A:
From the Login page, click the Forgot your password link located beneath the Password field. The web portal will prompt you to enter your Administrator ID, and an email will be automatically sent to you for password reset purposes.

I can't reset my password using the 'Forgot my password' link?

A:

How can I change my password?

A:
While logged into ADT Select Entry, choose the Change your password link under the Shortcuts located on the main landing page. This will prompt you to enter your existing password and choose a new password. Once these fields have been completed click the Save button to complete the change.
